Riding Bean is an action/comedy-orientated feature with its two main characters Bean Bandit and partner Rally Vincent with their custom modified car Roadbuster. Both of them are highly priced couriers for hire.

When they are asked to return a kidnapped girl to her father a wealthy industrialist they soon find out that they are actually been framed by two previous clients. The pursuit is on when they are chased by the law enforcement and an obsessed inspector when trying to return the girl, rescue the father, capture the real kidnappers and clear their names.
